Resident Betty Deakin and her daughter Pam turned back time today on a family visit at
Four Seasons residential, nursing and memory care home, in Bolton.
They had a picnic together in the garden, even enjoying a glass of bubbly too. Betty said she used to be the one doing the picnic but she loved every minute of it and it was a visit to cherish.
Betty and Pam (both pictured) agreed that it was lovely weather and they thoroughly enjoyed spending time together.
When reminiscing, Betty commented, “We always loved going out for picnics when the weather was nice, it was just lovely to spend time with my daughter and be outside!”
Julie Valentine, Care Home Manager, remarked, “We are slowly getting back to normality and seeing Betty's face light up especially when the bubbly was opened was brilliant!”
