Residents at Springwater Lodge, residential, nursing and residential dementia care home, in Nottingham, had a great time celebrating the Queens Jubilee.
On the 4
th of June, Residents were very excited to all get together to celebrate the Queens Platinum Jubilee.
The lounges were decorated in all red, white, and blue including a sea of Union Jack flags, it looked fantastic. Residents even dressed up with masks of the Royal Family.
Residents sat down to enjoy a beautiful buffet made by the kitchen staff. There was a huge array of food including cakes, sandwiches, sausage rolls and many sweet treats. It was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.
A very special guest attended the party. Chloe has appeared on lots of talent shows including Britain Got Talent, and the Residents were lucky enough to have her sing for them. Some of the Residents got up to dance along with the music. Everyone was sining and laughing along. It was great!
