One very hardworking Colleague at HC-One’s Old Gates care home, in Blackburn, is over the moon to have recently been promoted to the new Unit Manager.
Nina Carter has been promoted to Unit Manager of the EMI unit, Rowan.
Helen Holden, Home manager who nominated Nina, said, “Nina was chosen to be the new Unit Manager because of her hard work and dedication to both the Residents and staff. Nina has a great rapport with everyone in the home and everyone was pleased to find out she had been promoted.”
