Dennis Briggs, who lives at
Tenlands residential and nursing care home, in County Durham, asked if he could purchase Head Chef Nicola Howarth some flowers to show his appreciation for all she does.
Deputy Manager Nicola Davison made sure Dennis got his wish and he presented Nicola with her flowers in his favourite place, the garden.
Seeing Nicola happy with her flowers really was the cherry on top for Dennis. He said, “She makes sure we are all fed nice grub every day,”
Nicola Davison added, “I am so happy we could make Dennis’ say, and all it took was some flowers.”
