Festive garden centre visit for Henley-on-Thames care home Residents

Residents from HC-One’s Thamesfield care home in Henley-on-Thames enjoyed a trip to local garden centre, Toad Hall, for some Christmas shopping on Wednesday 29th November.

Accompanied by Thamesfield Wellbeing Coordinator and Lynn, a Volunteer, Residents visited the local garden centre to look for some Christmas gifts. Everyone enjoyed browsing through the shop before heading a warm beverage and a slice of cake.

Three Residents decided to get in the festive spirit and sat in Santa’s sleigh before heading back to Thamesfield.

Everyone had a great day, commenting that the decorations were lovely and it was nice to get some bits and pieces for loved ones.
