This month at
Larchwood in Essex, which provides residential dementia care, Residents have been treated to a firework display.
To celebrate bonfire night this year, Colleagues at Larchwood have arranged for a firework display in the garden.
Whilst most watched from the window, two Residents Alan and Allan both wanted to watch outside. They formed quite a good friendship and chatted outside for half an hour.
Residents enjoyed a hot chocolate and cup of tea with the fireworks. Allan said, “I really love the fireworks, always have a display when at home”.
Jade, the Home Manager went on to say, “I’m glad the Residents enjoyed the fireworks, it was lovely to see the two Alans getting on so well”.
