Residents and colleagues at HC-One’s Fleming Court Care Home in Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne, have come together to deliver a heart-warming community project just in time for the festive season.
The home was delighted to welcome local musician Chris John, whose uplifting performance filled the room with music, joy, and Christmas spirit. Inspired by the festive atmosphere, residents worked collaboratively to assemble a collection of thoughtful hampers, each prepared with great care and attention.
Once the hampers were completed, the team visited St Vincent’s to personally deliver them, ensuring donations reached those in the community who need support the most.
Fleming Court extends a huge thank you to everyone who contributed to the project. The generosity and kindness shown by donors made a meaningful impact and helped ensure the initiative’s success.
