The sun was shining over HC-One’s Kinnaird Manor care home in Falkirk as Residents enjoyed soaking up the vitamin D with afternoon tea followed by ice cream.
Residents came together to enjoy the first of the summer sunshine, everyone shared memories of sunny days at Burnt Island, St Andrews and Oban. Afternoon tea was served followed by ice cream cones went down a treat.
A great time was had by all, with Residents agreeing that it was a lovely to be outdoors in the fresh air. Betty Watson commented: “Wouldn’t it be nice if it was sunny like this more often.”
Kinnaird Manor Home Manager, Donna Stewart said: “I am pleased that everyone enjoyed their afternoon tea and ice cream in the sun, hopefully we can enjoy more days outdoors if the weather is kind to us.”
