Furry visitors at Westwood Lodge

Residents at HC-One’s Westwood Lodge care home were pleased to welcome some new furry visitors in the form of two alpacas – Truffle and Coco.

The animals were popular with everyone in the home, and the Residents enjoyed meeting them as they learned interesting facts about the species.

Residents enjoyed having the alpacas in the home, feeding them and stroking them as they had not welcomed the pair to the home before.

One Resident commented: “I’ve not seen an alpaca before, it was lovely to see one for the first time.”
