Halloween takes centre stage at Hexham care homeResidents at HC-One’s Acomb Court care home in Hexham have been enjoying a fun filled day of spooky activities, as the home gets ready for Halloween weekend.

Biscuit making, pot decorating and pumpkin carving all on offer for Residents, they were spoilt for choice. Some Residents opted to make some pumpkin shaped biscuits, that were absolutely delicious, where some opted to carve some pumpkins with the help of the wellbeing team.

The wellbeing team dressed in amazing pumpkin costumes and toured around the home visiting Residents in their rooms and Residents taking part in activities in the lounge and dining areas.

Residents thought it was great day and were pleased to be a part of it. Acomb Resident Marina said: “It made my day seeing staff dressed up, I couldn't stop laughing, what good sports to dress up.”
