It was a day of celebration at HC-One’s Charters Court care home in East Grinstead as team members were rewarded for their hard work and dedication with afternoon tea followed by a special raffle.
To show their appreciation for the amazing care and support delivered by every team member at Charters Court, Home Manager Melanie Wrightman and the home’s Deputy Manager arranged a special afternoon tea and raffle filled with lots of lovely gifts for the team to win.
A variety of wonderful prizes were included in the raffle including homemade hampers, wine, chocolates and fruit baskets. The team at Charters Court were recently praised for their kind caring approach in their latest CQC inspection, which rated the home an overall ‘Good’.
Charters Court Home Manager, Melanie Wrightman said: “I am delighted to be celebrating the commitment of our dedicated care team, it was wonderful to receive such a positive CQC report which highlights the efforts made to ensure each Resident receives the kindest possible care.”
