Over the last few weeks, Mersey Parks care home have recruited four Night Senior Care Assistants. The home now has all their own Colleagues working on the night shift.
They are also in the process of training two Nursing Assistants on their nursing unit; also promoted from their own Colleagues.
Ally Greenall, Home Manager of Mersey Parks, remarked, “I think this really shows how staff can develop and move up at HC-One”
“I am a firm believer in upskilling existing staff and the difference this will make for the home.”
