Hurst Cross Residents enjoy afternoon teaResidents at nursing memory care and residential memory care home, Kings Park, have had a lovely afternoon tea today with plenty of treats!

An afternoon of fun took place today where Residents were offered a selection of coffees, teas and creamy hot chocolate, along with freshly made scones with cream and strawberries.

Emma and Lisa, both Colleagues at the home, chatted with Residents about holidays they’d take and cream teas they’d enjoyed.

One of the Residents involved remarked, “These strawberries are lovely! Can I have another hot chocolate?”

Everyone enjoyed the fancy drinks and creamy scones. Len, who lives at Kings Park, said, “Oh that hot chocolate was lovely, very posh!”

Lisa Joy, Care Home Manager, commented, “This was a lovely afternoon spent reminiscing and spoiling ourselves!”
