Indian snack delights for Milton Keynes ResidentsAt HC-One’s Highclere care home in Milton Keynes, two Residents like a bit off spice to their food.

Last month, the two Residents asked if it was possible to have regular spicy food for their meals and snacks, so Chef Lynn made them a lovely spicy Goan curry. This month, Chef Lynn has tasked herself to make Residents, Malcolm and Yvonne some spicy samosa's and onion bhaji's for their afternoon snack.

The snacks went down very well, with both Malcolm and Yvonne but especially Malcolm who thought they were absolutely delicious. Highclere chefs are going to make Malcolm and Yvonne a variety of their favourite foods as often as they can, to ensure they feel at home.

Situated close to local amenities in Milton Keynes, Highclere is a friendly care home with 40 beds, that offers nursing, residential and residential dementia care.
