Inverness care home bids farewell to beloved ResidentResidents and team members at HC-One’s Cradlehall care home in Inverness said goodbye to a treasured member of the community as he leaves for pastures new.

Ray has been living at Cradlehall for the last three years but has now begun the next stage on his journey to independent living. To help Ray prepare, the team offered him support with housekeeping and cooking tasks that will be useful when he is living more independently.

To say their goodbyes, the team arranged a special afternoon tea party for Ray where his fellow Residents and Cradlehall team members were able to pass on their good wishes for the future.

Ray commented: “Thanks to the exceptional care, recuperation and support given to me by the Cradlehall team, I am leaving to live in my own home. Three years ago, I would not have believed this could happen."

Cradlehall Home Manager, Helen Thom said: “I am so delighted that Ray is able to begin the next chapter of his life, he is a wonderful person and it has been a pleasure to get to know him.”

Located on Cradlehall Court, Cradlehall care home offers long term care packages for older ladies and gentlemen that require residential, nursing and nursing memory care, for those living with dementia.
