Inverness Residents treat Colleagues for Random Acts of Kindness DayResidents have been putting together sweet treats and helping Colleagues around the home to say thank you for all the hard work and dedication they put in at HC-One’s Cradlehall care home in Cradlehall, Highland.

Across the home, Residents put together little packages of sweets and chocolates to pass out to Colleagues as a way of saying thank you on Random Acts of Kindness Day.

A Resident commented: “It’s a good feeling being kind to others.”

One Resident, Ray, went the extra mile by helping the Cradlehall Housekeeping team with the hoovering and dusting. Gertie, another Resident at Cradlehall, showed her kindness by making sure that everyone in the Care team had tea and biscuits ready for their scheduled break.

Colleagues were over the moon that Residents had taken the time and effort to surprise them with these lovely gifts and thoughtful ideas as their way of saying thank you on Random Acts of Kindness Day 2021.

The day is a celebration of kindness where people are encouraged to pay their generosity forward to others.

Cradlehall Home Manager, Helen Thom, said: “Thank you to our great team and the Residents at Cradlehall care home for the kindness they show every day.
