Jarrow care home Residents send their love to the local community

Residents and team members at HC-One’s Needham Court care home on Stanhope Road in Jarrow created a special message for their local community which is proudly displayed in the home’s window.

Everyone at Needham Court decided that it would be a nice idea to share their message to their local community to stay safe during the UK coronavirus outbreak with a special arts and crafts project.

Residents created a beautiful display for the home’s window which reads ‘Stay Safe! Love from the Residents’. The display has already caught the attention of passers-by and Residents and team members were delighted when local children waved through the window after reading the message.

Joann Mills, Needham Court Home Manager said: “What a wonderful idea! It’s important for our local community to know that everyone at Needham Court is staying safe and want everyone else to do the same during these uncertain times.”
