As Christmas is approaching,
Knowsley Manor residential memory care and nursing memory care home, in Huyton, wanted to celebrate the kind care that Residents receive from the staff team.
In recognition of this, the home has launched their ‘Cup of Kindness’ initiative. When Colleagues are observed by other Colleagues in delivering the kindest care to the lovely ladies and gentlemen at the home, they will receive a beautifully wrapped mug full of goodies the day after as a thank you.
Kerry Winstanley, Home Manager, said, “We are excited to share and celebrate the delivery of kindest care with our staff at Knowsley Manor as a thank you for all they do.”
Residents thanked staff members and loved the celebrations.
