Ladies’ afternoon at St Mellons care home

The ladies of Quarry Hall care home in St Mellons, Cardiff, were delighted to put on their best frocks and fascinators for a ladies’ afternoon at the home.

Residents enjoyed a catch up over a lovely cup of tea or coffee, along with a slice of delicious homemade cake.

Wellbeing Coordinator, Irene Hancock, helped the ladies get dolled up by trying on different jewellery, hats and fascinators, while reminiscing about her wedding a few weeks before.

Frances, a Resident at the home, commented: “It was lovely, everything was so beautiful.”
