Residents at HC One’s Brandon House can now watch the birds whenever they want with the new live bird box cam that’s been installed.
There are a couple of Residents at the Coventry care home that really love wildlife, so an idea was put forward to set up a camera so they can watch any time.
Colleague Paul Butcher, along with wild life crazy Resident David, decided to install a camera inside a nesting box in the garden. A TV has been decorated and the camera installed and now it’s a waiting game!
Everyone at the home is hoping that the birds will soon start claiming their nest, and then in the spring the Residents and staff will be able to watch.
One of the Residents commented “It is so exciting to be able to watch the birds nesting and having babies in the spring time, it’s an experience that most people have not.”
