This month marks five years of service for Gwyneth Worrall, Senior Care Assistant at
Swallownest residential and nursing care home, in Sheffield.
To mark the occasion, she received her five-year service award and a special ‘Thank You’ from HC-One’s CEO James Tugendhat.
Gwyneth works within the residential service at Swallownest, ensuring the people who live there have the best care and support, that is not only about meeting their needs, but also about ensuring this is in keeping with their preferences and wishes.
Gwyneth has previously been awarded a ‘Kindness in Care’ in the past.
Roger, who lives at the home, remarked “Gwyneth always has a big smile that I know is there, even though she wears her mask because it spreads to her eyes and into her voice.”
Amanda Fields, Care Home Manager, commented, “I’m so proud to say that Gwyneth has enjoyed five years of working with us, she’s an asset to the home and I wish her many more happy years.”
