Love is in the air at Hayes care home

HC-One’s Aston House care home enjoyed Valentine celebrations as Residents in the home took part in a day of arts and crafts.

Residents began by crafting hearts with one another, engaging in conversations about their Valentine’s memories, sharing laughs with one another.

A delicious meal was then served for all Residents during a celebration, before music was played for all to dance along to, singing away to their favourite Valentine songs. 

Colleagues spread the love throughout the home as they handed out a beautiful rose to each of the Residents, much to the delight of many Residents.

One Resident remarked: “The music today has been wonderful, it’s been so great to celebrate Valentine’s Day in this way, and it made it so special to receive a rose.”
