Millcroft Care Home in Redditch, Worcestershire, recently hosted a special Staff Appreciation Day to recognise and celebrate the dedication of its team. As a 24/7 care provider, the staff at Millcroft work tirelessly every day of the year to ensure residents receive the highest level of care.
To show their gratitude, the home treated staff to a selection of sweets, snacks, and drinks. A running slideshow of memorable moments between staff and residents added a personal touch to the day, highlighting the warmth and commitment that make Millcroft a welcoming home for all.
