On 14th December
Highclere nursing, residential and residential dementia care home, in Downs Barn, was presented with a certificate from Willen Hospice.
The home donated items of furniture from their home, as they have recently had a new refurbishment, to Willen Hospice, who were overwhelmed with the furniture they received.
Items included dining room furniture, sofas and chairs.
Gigi Jacob, Care Home Manager, commented, “Willen was very grateful with the donations. Hopefully they will be able to make a bit of money for the great service they provide.”
