The lovely ladies at HC-One’s Finavon Court care home Forfar were showered with cards and gifts on Mother’s Day.
The team at Finavon Court wanted to make Mothering Sunday extra special for the ladies, they arranged a delicious afternoon tea and held lots of themed arts and crafts sessions on the run up to the day.
Residents enjoyed making flowers out of paper plates and decorating jam jars which they turned into vases for the tulips and daffodils picked from the home’s grounds. Everyone came together at Finavon Court for the afternoon tea where they shared stories of their mothers and other special women in the lives.
Finavon Court Home Manager, Janet Hackett said: “It was wonderful to celebrate all of the women at Finavon Court, I hope everyone enjoyed their day.”
