This month at
Hinckley Park in Leicestershire, which provides residential and nursing care, was paid a visit by Hinckley’s local MP, Dr Luke Evans.
Due to Dr. Evans links to social care, he wanted to visit the care home and get a greater understanding in how everybody had coped during the pandemic.
He toured the home and enjoyed some tea and cake before spending some time with the Residents and speaking with other Colleagues. He praised everybody for their bravery during the past two years and offered an open invitation for Hinckley Park to spend time touring Westminster, once the pandemic has eased. Colleagues at Hinckley Park also extended an invitation for him and his staff to visit the home again anytime.
The 4th of February also marked the final day for Karen, the Home Manager, who has decided to move on to pastures new within HC-One. Colleagues at Hinckley Park gave her all their best wishes and commented on how well they think she will do with her new position.
All the staff at Hinckley Park will miss you greatly Karen!
