HC-One’s Darnley Court care home in Glasgow hosted a musical tea for Residents, friends, family and members of the team on Tuesday 1st October.
Residents and visitors came together for a musical tea, to celebrate the launch of playlist for life in Darnley Court. Taylor Fulton who regularly volunteers at the care home visited to perform the guitar for everyone.
Everyone enjoyed delicious homemade treats and had a singalong to a wide variety of music. Residents commented that it was lovely to have so many people visiting for their musical tea party.
Darnley Court Home Manager, Katy Jenks commented: “Music has such a positive impact on the wellbeing of Residents, it was wonderful to celebrate the power of music with the local community.”
