February 9th marked National Pizza Day, and Residents at
Harnham Croft residential and nursing care home, in Wiltshire, jumped on board making and sampling some delicious concoctions.
Linda, who lives at Harnham Croft, chose to make some homemade pizzas with Chef, Richard. Linda and Richard made enough pizzas for everyone; Residents and Colleagues, to enjoy for supper. She particularly enjoyed choosing the different toppings to put on each pizza.
Residents Pat, Robert, Eric, Joyce, Linda, Alison and John all thoroughly enjoyed trying the homemade pizzas afterwards.
Jenna, Wellbeing Coordinator, commented, “Residents really enjoyed the pizzas, and it was such a lovely activity for Linda, we will have to do this again!”
