At HC-One’s
Trafalgar Park residential care and residential memory care home, near Caerphilly, Elvis visited Residents and sang outside in the garden for them… well not quite the ‘Elvis’.
An entertainer came to sing Elvis songs and all Residents had a fantastic time singing and dancing along to the classics such as ‘Hound Dog’. This was brilliant for everyone involved, especially after not being able to have entertainers due to national restrictions during the pandemic.
One of the home’s Residents commented, “It was lovely to have a singer again after such a long time. We really enjoyed being outside in the fresh air singing and dancing.”
Ellen Smith, Care Home Manager, added, “It is lovely to see everyone enjoying themselves.”
