Today, Colleagues at Acorn Hollow residential and nursing care home, took three Residents out on the mini bus for a picnic to Knowsley Safari Park.
The Residents could sit on the bus throughout the journey, according to government guidelines, indulge in some delicious treats and watch the animals from the comfort of their seats.
Everyone enjoyed seeing the animals and one said, “I have had a great day. It was lovely to get out.”
Colleagues took lots of photos, see pictured, which they made into a little photo album for Residents to enjoy.
