HC-One’s Northview Lodge care home in Castletown, Tyne and Wear is celebrating the hard work and dedication of Nursing Assistant, John Dickeson who received his five years’ service award.
Everyone at Northview Lodge care home was delighted to see John receive his long service award, which celebrates the hard work and dedication of HC-One Colleagues at care homes across the UK.
In 2019, John received the highly commended award at the regional apprenticeship awards in Gateshead. John aspired to complete his level five and continue his career progression and enter others in to the apprenticeship awards in the future.
John was pleased to receive his award, commenting: “It’s an honour to be part of the Northview Lodge team, I look forward to celebrating many more years here.”
Northview Lodge Home Manager, Patrick Morely said: “John is a shining example of what HC-One is all about, thank you for your continuous hard work and dedication to providing the kindest care for every Resident.”
