Old meets young at Norton Lees care home

Holmwood care home in Norton Lees, Sheffield was delighted to welcome parents and children from the local toddlers to the home for a fun-filled afternoon. 

The interactive intergenerational session involves Residents singing songs and playing musical instruments with the toddlers, filling the home with smiles and laughter. 

The afternoon was rounded off with a teddy bears’ picnic, which was a success for Residents and families alike! 

Residents thoroughly enjoyed the experience, as Janice said: “This has been absolutely wonderful.”
