Pamper day as Pudsey care home Resident enjoys trip to Turkish barbers

Acacia Court care home in Pudsey, Leeds was delighted to give respite Resident Anthony a luxury pamper experience at the local Turkish barbers.

Home Manager Julie Whitaker accompanied Anthony on his visit, after he mentioned his love of going to the barbers a haircut and shave.

Anthony was delighted to have a luxury pamper day at the barbers, as they restyled his hair and gave him a lovely hot towel shave.

He said: “I feel like a new man!”

Upon returning to the home, other Residents have commented on Andy’s new look and have expressed their desire to go to the barbers too.

Julie said: “Anthony really enjoyed his trip to the Turkish barbers this morning, it was great to see him with a big smile on his face after his pamper session.”
