Penrith care home Residents receives generous donation

Residents from HC-One’s Croft Avenue care home in Penrith were delighted to receive a generous donation of a furnished doll house from a member of the local community.

Everyone at Croft Avenue was delighted when a member of the community donated a vintage doll house full of furniture, accessories and dolls. For some Residents, the doll house is a great reminiscence tool, which helps to bring back happy memories from their younger days.

Croft Avenue home manager, Teresa Mcguiness said: “The doll house has already become such a cherished addition to our home, we are all so grateful to the generous member of the community whose gift is bringing joy to our Residents.”
