Pride celebrations at Burntwood care homeCelebrations were enjoyed at HC-One’s Chaseview care home, as Residents enjoyed celebrating Pride this week.

Afternoon tea was provided for all to enjoy, alongside some delicious treats. Residents sang and danced to some music whilst wearing their multicoloured hats and sunglasses, with some even wearing a sash!

Cakes and soft drinks flowed and Residents decided they would like to wear some temporary tattoos, so Colleagues kindly helped apply them. Residents remarked at how pretty they were.

Another activity that took place was for Residents to make their own Pride flags and plates to be displayed for all to see in the home – this was enjoyied by all and everyone loves now walking past the display.

Jennifer Khadoo, Home Manager, commented: “It’s lovely to see Residents having such a wonderful time.”
