Pudsey care home Residents enjoy ‘blooming’ good day at Tong Garden Centre

Residents at Acacia Court care home in Pudsey enjoyed a lovely trip out to Tong Garden Centre as they made the most of the August sunshine. 

Everyone enjoyed admiring the colourful flowers on show in the centre, with many green-fingered Residents reminiscing about planting flowers in their own gardens.

After a walk around the flowers section, Residents took a look in the aquatics centre, where they saw many different species of fish swimming around the tanks. 

The trip was rounded off with a cup of tea and slice of delicious cake in the café, as Residents discussed their favourite moments from the visit.
