Residents at HC-One’s Woodlands View care home in Stevenage celebrated the special day with a classic British tea party.
Residents of Woodlands View wanted to celebrate the Queen's 95th birthday with a party, so the homes wellbeing staff got together with the catering staff and arrange the best party ever.
On offer was, a finger buffet lunch consisting of sausage rolls, scotch eggs, cocktail sausages, chicken nuggets, onion bhaji's, vegetable samosa’s, pakora's and spring rolls for the party where the odd glass of wine was also had.
Throughout the day Residents looked at various pictures of the Queen's life with some of the Residents remembering her coronation. The day was finished off with a sing-a-long.
