Residents at HC-One’s St Peter’s Court care home in Redcar and Cleveland are enjoying regular trips out since the easing of covid-19 restrictions.
To celebrate the easing of restrictions, Residents have formed a travel club at St Peter’s Court where they are visiting areas of interest in their region. Some of the places they have visited include, Captain Cook’s Museum and Stewarts Park.
Resident enjoyed a lovely stroll through the park, admiring the wildlife and scenery before heading to Captain Cook’s Museum where they learned all about the history and adventures of Captain Cook. Before heading back to St Peter’s Court, the Residents enjoyed a delicious scone and cup of tea in the cafĂ©.
St Peter’s Court Home Manager, Valda Pallett said: “I am pleased our Residents have enjoyed their day trip, it’s wonderful to be able to arrange days out again after such a long period of restrictions.”
