As the weather has been so lovely recently, Residents at the residential and nursing care home have been spending much more time in the garden.

It has been a great opportunity for Residents to get together and work on the garden by planting lots of vegetables.

Arthur who loves to garden has been helping nearly every day and keeping an eye on the courgettes he planted with the help form some of the staff. He is very proud as one of the courgettes has grown so big!
The Residents are amazed at how quickly the vegetables are growing and can’t believe how big the courgette has gotten. All the hard work from the Resident has paid off as by the end of summer they will have a garden full of fresh vegetables.
