Residents deck the halls at Roundhay care home

Residents at Aberford Hall care home in Roundhay, Leeds were well and truly in the festive spirit as they decked the halls with Christmas decorations. 

After suggesting to Colleagues that the dining room could be transformed into a winter wonderland, Residents got to work on creating beautiful decorations to be displayed. 

Everyone shared ideas of Christmas decorations that could be displayed in the kitchen area, with snowy mountains, Christmas trees and winter lodges making the cut. 

Residents were delighted with the final result, which has added an extra festive touch to the dining area. 

One Resident commented: “I loved helping to decorate the dining room with Christmas cheer, it’s really put me in the festive spirit.”
