Residents enjoy an afternoon of freelance dance

Residents at HC-One’s Hartford Court Care Home in Cramlington, Northumberland, had a great afternoon freelance dancing with Molly Grey. 

Molly paid a visit to Residents at Hartford Court for gentle therapeutic armchair exercises to music, which everyone really enjoyed.

She provided props such as scarves and hats for different sequences, which were really easy to follow and the Residents had a great time participating, they especially loved the props, commenting:

“That was so much fun! I used to go to dance school and this activity reminded me of that.”

Pam Devlin, Wellbeing Coordinator, commented:

“A huge thank you to Molly for paying us a visit, her session provided a lovely, lively social environment.
