Residents at Needham Court, residential and residential dementia care home in Jarrow, had the pleasure of visiting the local concert hall for a special performance from former ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ contestant.
Six Residents went along to Customs House in South Shields to see a very special performance from the ‘D Day Darlings’ who have previously performed on the hit talent show, Britain’s Got Talent.
The tickets were arranged by Colleagues as a special way to celebrate the Kings Coronation.
The Residents truly enjoyed themselves singing along to the performance, admiring the beautiful costumes, and waving their flags along to the National Anthem.
After the show everyone was talking about how fantastic the show was and wanted to see the performance all over again.
Sheila, one of the Residents, said, “What a show! I have enjoyed myself so much.”
Joann Mills, Care Home Manager, added, “I was so pleased we managed to get tickets to the show, especially with it being so close to the Kings Coronation.”
