Residents "Move and Groove" at Barton Brook

Residents and Colleagues at Barton Brook had a fabulous time in their “Move and Groove” exercise class led by activity Coordinator Marie.

The fun class involves dance moves, music and fun props to keep the body active even in an armchair. The Residents really love the class and dancing to the different types of music.

The exercise class was then followed by a music quiz with Senior Activity Coordinator Shirley, exercising the brain as well as the body!
