Roseberry Court Residents enjoy afternoon of smiles and laughter as Sacred Heart students visit homeResidents at Roseberry Court care home in Redcar and Cleveland were delighted to welcome a visit from Sacred Heart School as they enjoyed an afternoon filled with fun and laughter.

Students joined Residents as they played a variety of board games and rounds of bingo, as well as chatting about their hobbies and interests.

When the visit came to an end, the students handed over a ‘Bottle of Smiles’ to the Residents, which was a little bottle filled with lovely messages for Residents and staff to pick out and read to each other.

Barbara, a Resident at Roseberry Court, said: “It has really made my day getting to chat with the children.”

Alishia Calvert, Home Manager, said: “The visit from Sacred Heart really helped to put a smile on all of our Residents’ faces. We are already looking forward to their next visit.”
