Residents on Moss House, part of HC-One’s Eccles based care home, Barton Brook, enjoyed a fun-filled day to celebrate St Patrick.
The wellbeing Colleagues decorated the lounge with balloons and banners and Residents had the option to have Irish Stew for lunch if they fancied that.
One Colleague explained the day, “We had Irish music on whilst having lunch, after lunch we had a sing-song and dance including an Irish Jig. Residents then had a tipple with Baileys and Guinness, with plenty of snacks.”
Michelle Labador, Home Manager commented, “There was lots of singing, clapping and joy. The atmosphere was fantastic and lots of photographs were taken to capture this special day (see pictures). We were making some wonderful memories.”
