Residents at HC-One’s
Snapethorpe Hall, residential and residential dementia care home, in Wakefield have recently had a special themed social afternoon.
The Residents enjoyed an Alice in Wonderland themed social afternoon.
As part of the HC-One Tea Trolley Competition, the Residents enjoyed games, reminiscence on the Lewis Carroll novel and the later Disney movie.
Treats on the trolley included the ever-popular chocolate eclairs, white rabbit smoothies and a queen of hearts mocktail. Also, a vanilla cake went down a treat.
The Residents had such a lovely afternoon, one Resident, commented, “The trolly looks lovely, can we have more days like this please!”
John Cairnes, Care Home Manager, remarked, “Lots of laughter especially during the games, things got quite competitive.”
