Spooky season has come to Hinckley ParkEveryone at Hinckley Park residential and nursing care home, in Leicestershire, love the later months of the year, as they see it as an opportunity to decorate and dress up and this is no exception for Halloween!

It has been a busy time as Residents and Colleagues have been decorating the home and it's mostly down to their enterprising Residents that anything gets done!

They've been making pumpkins and masks and telling a few spooky stories along the way.

Resident historian, Michael Roberts, has prepared a morning of Hinckley themed ‘not so scary’ ghost stories for Halloween week.

Residents have loved being involved and coming up with ideas. One commented, “There's always something new to do here. And it's great to have a chance to be a part of everything."

See pictured Residents Richard and Linda getting into the swing of the festivities.

Karen Holmes, Care Home Manager, remarked, “We have so much going on and it's going to be a spooktacular few weeks!”
