Stafford care home Residents enjoy midweek garden funResidents at HC-One’s Maple Lodge care home enjoyed some midweek fun recently as they spent time in the garden basking in sunshine.

Colleagues made refreshing fruit punch for Residents to enjoy, as well as various fruity treats to cool everyone off in the sunshine.

The paddling pool was then filled up in the garden for Residents to enjoy paddling their feet in and Colleagues then placed rubber ducks into the pool so Residents could strengthen their motor skills by playing hook a duck.

Sarah Dodd, Home Manager, commented: “It was lovely to see the Residents laughing away this afternoon as they cooled themselves in the sunshine.”

Maple Lodge is located in the attractive area of Rowley Park in Stafford. This small, purpose-built care home, with 40 beds, offers residential dementia care.
