At residential, nursing and residential memory care home,
Market Lavington, in the heart of Wiltshire, Residents have been making stained glass ornaments.
Unit Manager Caroline Watson, at Vicarage Gardens, organised a wonderful stained-glass decoration painting activity, along with sun catchers, as part of the home’ as rainbow themed ‘Stop the Clock day’.
The Residents enjoyed creating colourful ornaments, supported by the care team including Care Assistants Emma Wheeler and Alison Feltham. It took place in the lovely spacious dining room at Vicarage Gardens and there was much laughter within the group and lively conversation surrounding the theme of stained-glass windows and rainbows!

Residents loved the colours and reflections caused by the stained glass were extremely pretty!
Caroline commented, “It was such a lovely atmosphere, to join in with the Residents with this project. Everyone had a lovely time.”
