It was a fantastic day at HC-One’s nursing care home,
Stamford Court, as one Resident received a very special letter from his favourite football club.
Paul (pictured), who is a Resident at the home, is an avid Blackpool Football club fan. So recently Colleagues sent an email to the club, to ask if they could send a letter to him.
Much to his delight, on 13th April, the club sent over a letter which was personalised to Paul, and he was over the moon with it! He asked Colleagues to hang it on his wall with the rest of the Blackpool collection he has.
Paul said, “Brilliant Team! Derek Spence - top player!”
Sue Jackson, Registered Home Manager, commented, “I laminated the letter for Paul, which he was really pleased with. It is so nice to see the community support for our Residents.”
